1. Service
Surfaced AI will provide the SeekerBot ongoing visibility service for the Client. The service includes a private visibility workspace, monitoring across relevant search and AI platforms, identification of visibility opportunities, and ongoing work intended to improve the accuracy, credibility, and discoverability of the Client’s business.
2. Payment and commitment
SeekerBot is $399 per month with an initial three-month commitment. The first payment is due in Stripe Checkout. The subscription renews monthly unless canceled after the initial commitment. Stripe displays the exact amount, any promotion applied, and applicable taxes before payment.
3. Client cooperation
The Client will provide accurate business information and reasonable access to the profiles, website, content, or systems needed for approved work. Delays in access or information may delay results.
4. Results
Search engines, directories, and AI platforms are controlled by third parties. Surfaced AI does not guarantee rankings, recommendations, traffic, leads, sales, or placement on any specific platform.
5. Cancellation
After the initial three-month commitment, the Client may cancel future renewals by contacting Surfaced AI before the next billing date. Fees already charged for a service period are nonrefundable once that period begins.
6. Liability
Surfaced AI’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for SeekerBot during the three months before a claim. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
