These terms govern your use of surfacedai.com. If you purchase services, the service agreement you sign during the order process also applies and controls if it conflicts with these general website terms.
You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate another party’s rights.
Surfaced AI is offered as one recurring managed service. The standard price is $599 per month. An authorized promotion such as SUMMER26 may reduce the monthly price to the founding-client rate of $499 while the subscription remains continuously active. There is no setup fee, launch fee, or separate onboarding charge. The initial commitment is three months; after that, service continues month-to-month until canceled. Exact charges and any promotion are displayed and confirmed through Stripe before payment. Additional work outside the agreed managed service will be described and quoted before it begins.
The standard build includes up to two reasonable revision rounds before launch, as described in the service agreement. Your timely feedback, accurate business information, and access to any required accounts may affect delivery timing. Stated turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
After amounts due for the applicable work are paid, the completed website is yours and remains yours if you later cancel the recurring platform service. You may request a reasonable export of the website deliverables. Surfaced AI retains its pre-existing tools, reusable methods, templates, software, know-how, and third-party materials. Third-party services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
AI assistants, search engines, social platforms, forums, and directories are controlled by third parties and change frequently. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, recommendations, traffic, leads, revenue, or placement on any platform. We promise to perform the agreed work, not a specific market result.
Some work may depend on third-party platforms, accounts, APIs, hosting, domains, or policies. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, removals, suspensions, or decisions made by those third parties. You are responsible for ensuring that information and materials you provide are accurate and that you have permission to use them.
You may cancel recurring service at any time by emailing info@surfacedai.com. Cancellation applies to future renewal charges after it is processed; work already performed and amounts already charged are governed by the signed service agreement.
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Surfaced AI disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this website. Any additional limitations for purchased services are stated in the signed service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised website terms.
