Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and request logs.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Surfaced AI does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may collect payment, billing, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy.
We use service providers to operate the business, including Netlify for website hosting and form processing and Stripe for payment processing. We may use other providers only as reasonably needed to deliver the requested services. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers acting for us, when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of the business.
This website does not currently use third-party advertising pixels. Hosting, security, and payment providers may set necessary cookies or process log information to operate their services, prevent fraud, and keep the site secure.
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services and maintain legal, security, tax, and business records. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@surfacedai.com. Some information may be retained where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
