Plain language, three-month initial commitment. Read it, then sign below.
1. Scope
Surfaced AI ("Provider") will provide the Client with ongoing managed AI growth services. The service includes a business and AI opportunity assessment, account management, private platform access, AI and local visibility monitoring and optimization, competitor monitoring, reputation strategy, a website and lead-capture foundation, ongoing recommendations, and coordinated implementation within the agreed monthly scope. Work outside that scope is described and quoted before it begins.
2. Fees and payment
The standard recurring fee is $599 per month. An authorized founding-client promotion such as SUMMER26 may reduce the same service to $499 per month while the subscription remains continuously active. Stripe Checkout displays the exact recurring amount before payment. There is no setup fee, launch fee, or separate onboarding charge.
3. Initial term and renewal
The service has an initial commitment of three monthly billing periods beginning on the checkout date. After the third monthly payment, service continues month-to-month until canceled. The Client authorizes Stripe to charge the applicable monthly amount on each billing date.
4. Onboarding, approval and timing
Work begins once Provider has the signed agreement, first monthly payment, and the materials and access reasonably needed. Client delays extend the timeline. Customer-facing assets are reviewed with the Client before Provider publishes them. Two reasonable rounds of revisions are included for the initial website foundation; additional or out-of-scope work is quoted before it begins.
5. Ownership and delivery
After the initial three-month commitment has been paid, the Client owns the completed website and its original content. On request, Provider will deliver a full export at no charge so the Client may host it elsewhere. The domain always belongs to the Client.
6. Domain and accounts
The Client owns and is responsible for their domain and grants the access needed to connect it. Provider is not responsible for third party platform outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those platforms.
7. Cancellation
The Client may request cancellation by emailing info@surfacedai.com. A cancellation request during the initial three-month commitment takes effect at the end of that commitment, and the remaining monthly payments in the initial term remain due. After the initial term, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no cancellation fee. Fees already charged are nonrefundable except where required by law. The Client keeps the completed website once the initial term has been paid.
8. Results and liability
Provider does not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic level, placement in AI assistant answers, lead volume, or business result. AI systems change their behavior without notice and no provider controls their output. Provider’s total liability is limited to the fees actually paid. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
